Comfort room for 2 – 3 people

All prices are per person and day and include a breakfast buffet (for a stay of at least 5 days).

• Local tax per adult per day: + €4.00
• Double room for single use possible with surcharge.
• A 3rd and 4th bed in each room is also possible!
• For a stay of 14 days, we give you an extra day for free!
• Surcharge for short stay up to 5 days: € 1.00 to € 5.00 per day per person
• Sauna and infrared cabin in the house!!!
• Dogs are not allowed.
• Free Wi-Fi!

• The offer is subject to the availability of the offered room.
• Children are very welcome! If you would like to accommodate your children in your room as parents, we will reduce the price for children up to the age of 3 by 100%, up to the age of 8 by 40%, and up to the age of 14 by 30%.
• For a stay of 14 days, we give you an extra day for free!
• Thinking that you will arrive after 7.00 pm? Then we kindly ask you to let us know so that we can welcome you warmly.
• Cash and card payment available.
• For your safety (professionalism), the General Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply at Landhaus Franzelin.
• A deposit is also required to bind the booking. This is calculated per room.
• If you arrive late or depart early, unfortunately we have to charge the full price of your stay.
